Search for music consumers instead
Most of my ideas for songs come from books and film
I’ve always been a rather solitary writer, squirreling away at melodies
There is nothing like good live performances to make musicians happy!
I guess some songs are supposed to be written and some aren’t
We are all in the same game, so I try to treat everyone with respect ...
If I were to be honest on any business tips to share I'd probably risk a defamation suit
There is no deadline on my writing, only when I reach my perfection, will I finalise the song
I'd rather be extremely bad than average
Writer’s block = It sucks
It can start anyway and end anyway...
... it’s drums drums and always drums
It can be a feeling, an emotion, something happening now or from the past.
The best way to promote yourself in this business is always via word of mouth
I think a song is a story and you tell it with rough strokes or precise lines
I keep it relevant and real, that's the only way to maintain integrity in this industry
