With more than 50,000 members and 70,000 licensees throughout New Zealand and Australia, APRA|AMCOS is committed to providing the best service possible at all times.
Code of Conduct
APRA and AMCOS subscribe to a Code of Conduct for copyright collecting societies. The Code formalises our commitment to treat all members and licensees fairly, honestly, impartially and courteously and be transparent in dealings with members. Our adherence to the Code is reviewed once each year by an independent reviewer. The Code itself is reviewed every three years, with input invited from the relevant interest groups.
Complaints
There may be times when various clients and stakeholders may have cause to comment on some aspect of the conduct or operations of APRA|AMCOS. To assist anyone wishing to make a complaint, we have a Complaints Procedure that ensures that any complaints received by APRA|AMCOS are handled in an efficient, transparent and fair manner.
Disputes
APRA|AMCOS provide an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service to resolve disputes between members. Generally, the disputes are between writers or between writers and smaller publishers.
